Follow these steps to reserve your Story Alignment or Author Alignment appointment:
Select the appointment type appropriate to your needs.
Select a time that works for you.
Fill out the questionnaire. This can take between 20-40 minutes depending on how detailed you decide to be, so please plan accordingly.
Enter your payment information. If you have a coupon code, this step is where you use it.
That’s it! You should receive a confirmation email with the link to the Zoom room where we’ll have our chat. Keep that handy for your appointment.
Initial vs. Additional - Story Alignment
If this is the first time we’ve discussed this particular book, select the 60min “initial” appointment option.
If we’ve already discussed this particular book and you have further questions, select the 45min “additional” option.
Initial vs. Additional - Author Alignment
If this is our first ever Author Alignment, select the 60min “initial” appointment option.
If we’ve already had an Author Alignment call together, select the 45min “additional” option.
Please note: The intake questionnaires for the initial calls and the additional calls are different, so if you select the wrong one, I won’t have the information from you that I need to maximize our time together. Clients who select the incorrect option for their situation will have the appointment canceled and refunded and will be asked to rebook with the appropriate appointment type.

Cancelation/reschedule policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do that up to 12 hours ahead of our time through the confirmation email you receive upon booking. If it’s a last-minute thing, send me an email at contact@ffs.media and I can cancel or reschedule on my end. All rescheduling will be subject to my availability, which often books weeks out.
If a one-on-one client is not on the call 5 minutes past our designated start time and has not reached out to me to discuss a delay, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment. The client is then able to request a refund or reschedule at a later time.
